What we hold, and what we don’t claim.
Stated plainly, including what we do not claim. If you are running procurement, the last section is the one to read first.
Access we ask for
Where a platform makes delegated access hard, customers sometimes share credentials. If you do, rotate them afterwards. We would rather say that than pretend it never happens.
- Your website, to read it. Public pages need no access at all.
- Publishing access where you want posts to appear — added as a user wherever the platform supports it, rather than sharing a password.
- Analytics and Search Console, read-only, so there is a way to tell whether any of this worked.
Your content and your recordings
- Content is published under your name, on your site, and is yours.
- Drafts are visible to your account and are not published anywhere until you publish them.
- Onboarding calls are recorded to build your voice profile. That recording is your material.
- Customer content is processed by third-party AI providers acting as sub-processors. Named sub-processor and retention details live in the privacy policy once counsel finishes that document.
What we do not claim
We do not hold SOC 2 certification today, and we are not going to imply it on a marketing page. If you need current compliance status for a procurement review, ask us directly and we will tell you exactly where things stand.
We do not claim HIPAA compliance, medical-legal review, or legal sign-off. Nothing in the product provides them.
We do not guarantee rankings.
