Every rule in this product came from a customer sending something back. That only works because the people who build it are the people on the call when it happens.
How we work
We onboard customers ourselves, on a call, screen shared. It is slower than a signup form and it is the reason the product knows what it knows — the voice profile, the review gate, the rule that nothing publishes until you say so all exist because a real customer objected to something in front of us.
When a draft comes back wrong, the correction becomes a rule rather than a one-off fix. A physician rejecting a draft for a clinical error, a distributor rejecting a section as “search engine fodder” — both changed how the pipeline works for everyone.
The team
AutomateMy is built and run by James Frankel and Sam Hill, based in New York. We are the people on the onboarding calls — the same people who turn corrections into product rules.
What we will not do
We do not claim regulatory certification we do not hold, we do not guarantee rankings, and we do not publish anything under your name without your approval. Those are stated plainly across this site because in this category the limits are more informative than the claims.
